  • Daily Research

    Monitor a group of 5-10 assigned company websites with urgency and enthusiasm, ensuring timely identification of new internship opportunities

  • Accurate Data Entry

    Input internship details into Airtable with precision while following clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Proactive Team Communication

    Deliver clear and effective updates on team progress and data challenges, tailored to the needs of teammates and managers

  • Verification

    Ensure all data is double-checked and complete, meeting the expectations of different stakeholders

  • Reporting

    Provide well-organized weekly updates via Slack, clearly articulating both achievements and areas needing attention

HOW THE

Role Works

✓ You’ll be a part of a group of 5-10 Database Analysts monitoring a total of 50-60 firms

✓ You’ll be assigned 5-10 companies to monitor on a daily basis

✓ If there are days or weeks where you cannot check your companies, you will be able to lean on other Database Analysts, and you may be asked to chip in for other Database Analysts

✓ Expect to spend at least 5-10 minutes per day checking and posting internships; you may spend as much as 30-45 minutes on days where there are positions to post
