Meet Your Instructors:

  • Ryan Garrett

    INSTRUCTOR

    Ryan is an Adventis Student Trainer and the incoming President of Bentley University’s Investment Banking Club. He has earned a 2026 Investment Banking Summer Analyst position at Lazard.

    With Adventis, he gained technical skills, confidence, and a strategic approach to networking, which helped him excel in recruiting. As President of the Investment Banking Club, Ryan advocates for early technical training and mentorship, aiming to strengthen the talent pipeline for future recruiting classes.     HOST

    Ben is a finance professional and host of The Coffee Chat Podcast by Adventis. A former investment banker at RW Baird, he has also worked as a Banking Recruitment Lead and authored the Adventis Investment Banking Recruitment Training Program.

    With expertise in investment banking and human capital consulting, Ben provides guidance to aspiring finance professionals throughout the recruitment process. He currently serves as President of Turret Advisory, a firm focused on succession planning for small and medium-sized businesses.
