WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Student Trainer

As a Student Trainer, you’ll facilitate the FMC® Program on campus, helping students learn, practice, and certify their financial modeling skills. You’ll collaborate with Adventis and IIBI leadership to deliver training sessions, answer questions, and ensure your peers are fully prepared for the recruiting process.

Conduct boot camps on your campus.

Grade financial modeling exams.

Support students’ efforts to earn Adventis certifications.

This role empowers you to make a tangible impact on your organization’s culture of excellence and your own recruiting success.
