Integrating Adventis into the Corsair Curriculum

Corsair's partnership with Adventis has evolved from an initial pilot into an established part of the organization's technical preparation.

During the fall of 2024, Corsair ran a pilot program strongly recommending that 34 new members in the class of 2027 earn the Adventis certification. Over half of these members earned the Adventis FMC® Level I Certification and benefited from their achievement while networking and interviewing. The certification is now expected for all members post-admission, with incoming students encouraged to enroll even before applying.

In September 2026, Corsair admitted 38 new members to its Class of 2029 cohort. Of those students, 31 enrolled in the FMC® Program and 17 had already earned FMC® Level I Certification before recruiting for the organization began.

Corsair expects that more than 80% of the Class of 2029 will ultimately earn certification, continuing the organization's move toward making technical preparation a standard part of the member experience.

Corsair members will complete the FMC® Program primarily during fall semester of sophomore year or over winter break before spring semester—an ideal time to focus on skill-building before spring recruiting. Those who complete the certification consistently perform at higher levels, both in interviews and internships.
