Approximately half of incoming members earn FMC® Level I Certification before joining Corsair, demonstrating both a foundation in financial modeling and a willingness to invest time in developing their technical skills. For these students, certification is one way to show initiative and commitment to the recruiting process. The majority of remaining new members go on to earn certification after acceptance, making Adventis an important part of their continued technical development.

While certification is not the sole measure of a candidate’s ability, it can be a meaningful signal of preparation and motivation.
