Phi Gamma Nu (PGN) is a co-ed professional development organization at Washington University in St. Louis, open to students across all majors and undergraduate schools.

Founded in December 2012, the WashU chapter is dedicated to fostering the professional and personal development of its members through a strong foundation of community, philanthropy, and professionalism. With more than 70 active members and a network of 150 recent alumni, PGN provides a supportive environment centered on peer mentorship, education, and career development. By bringing together students with diverse academic, personal, and professional interests and a shared passion for business, the chapter encourages its members to grow, support one another, and become the best versions of themselves.
